Tipper Semi Trailer:
Tippers are mainly used for transportation of bulk minerals and non-minerals, including raw or semi-processed bulk, such as sand, gravel, pebbles, gypsum, Iron ore, limestone, cement raw materials, clinger, feldspar, bauxite, Iron slag, mineral pumice, soft sands, clay, coal, refractory soil, crushed furnace slag, natural bitumen, asphalt, construction wastes ... and agricultural bulk materials such as wheat, corn, soybeans, beets, oilseeds, livestock feeds & meals and other agricultural products.
Quick Discharge:
The unique feature of tipper is fast and almost instantaneous discharge. This operation is carried out by means of a hydraulic system consisting of a pump, a reservoir, piping and fittings. The rear door of the tipper bucket may open from both sides or be hinged depending on the customer's request. Due to significant diversity in specific weight of different types of products, tippers are mainly marketed in two models: heavy duty (mineral applications) and ultra-light (agricultural applications). Different axles and suspensions (springs/pneumatic) are available with different capacities for typical tippers and off-road tippers.
